Neil played 3 ends against our club captains Carmel Kearns and Oliver Meyler as part of his sponsored bowling marathon.

Neil is a former Northern Irish international, and now a High Performance Coach and Northern Ireland team coach.

In addition Neil has won three World Championship medals and four Commonwealth Games medals.

Neil’s marathon has taken him all over the country and he has played in over 50 bowling greens on both sides of the border.

Westmanstown Bowling Club was delighted to welcome Neil and contribute to his chosen charities Pieta House and Mindwise.

We would like to wish him well with his fundraising and in raising awareness of both mental health and the game of bowls.
