The annual President and Captains Day was held on July 21st. The format for the day was bowling followed by food music and singing. The weather behaved and a good day was had by all as can be seen by the photos below, thanks Adrian.

An enormous amount of work as usual went on behind the scenes to make this event possible. The green and soundings were a sight to behold. Our President John Fleming extended his thanks to all involved.

Music was supplied by Jim Sheridan and family with contributions from members. Thanks again to all involved.

The B.L.I. Championship will be held from Mon, Jul. 29 to Sat Aug. 3^rd. Westmanstown have the following members competing in the semi-finals stages:

Mon 29^th – Christy Kelly, Peter Harte, Pat Cummins and Noel Cassidy play in the O’Leary Cup.

Tue 30^th – Fergal Moore, Ger Mackin, John Merrigan and Terry Harte play in the McCredy Cup.

Wed 31 – Terry Harte plays in the Nassau Cop

All matched start at 5.45 pm.
